In late November/early December, run this query to get a list of quality webinars from the current year:
Review the list and select any webinars you'd like to add to the renewing/new CPs options. Cross-check these selections with the repository of recorded webinars to ensure we have the recording (sometimes we don't receive the recording, or the webinar wasn't recorded at all.)
Review and update the list of webinar descriptions based on the choices made in the previous step; some outdated webinars may need to be removed from the list of options. Save this file as a PDF to be linked to the portal.
Notify Leena of the current list of options so she can update the selection form and list of webinar links.
