Update the committee member record comments field, which will also trigger the flow that adds access to the SharePoint sites for all regions that have been currently set up. In this case, I updated the below record by adding "Add to SharePoint" text in the comments field. She should have access now. Text in the comments textbox does not have to match the above text; it will trigger the flow as long as this field is updated.
